A confession: I don't love sweet potato pie! *hides face* I love sweet potatoes and my family's recipe for sweet potato casserole around the holidays, but straight up pie? No thanks - I'd much rather have pumpkin. It's just my opinion, man. Don't run away though! I'm fine with sweet potatoes in ice cream, and I have a feeling this one is gonna be great.
