Ice cream sandwiches are a perfect combo of snacks: ice cream and cookies, all in one package. Unfortunately, it's really easy to get a shitty one. For me, the cookie has gotta be slightly soft and but still give enough support so the ice cream doesn't slop out over the sides when you bite it, and has just the right cookie to ice cream ratio.
